Politick — production-ready tilings

Four methods built the three brand motifs as production vector <pattern>s (true arc paths, seamless on wallpaper-symmetry lattices, themeable via currentColor + --pattern-accent, with a Svelte component), each iterating on its own PNG renders. Chosen: c-python-rigorous (provable pg/pmm/p4m lattices, single Params source, verify.py, 1:1 Svelte port). Now parameter-tuned to the logo per feedback: bigger dot (0.05→0.12), thicker scaling stroke (1.6→5.5), innermost arc hugging the dot (inner 0.28→0.16, 5 rings); interlock kept airy at 3 rings. (Per-motif BEST badges below reflect the original 4-way method comparison.)
